Catered Events
For all catered ELA events (the ELA conferences, Season’s End Summit, and full-day symposia), partial refunds are available. To receive a refund, your request must be received 14 days prior to the event. A $60 handling fee will be deducted and the balance of the registration fee will be refunded.
No refunds will be made after the 14-day cut-off date unless the event is cancelled.
Eco-tours and Other Events
Eco-tours (and most other ELA events) are held rain-or-shine and ELA does not refund registration fees unless there are extenuating circumstances. Although there is no refund available for these events, other arrangements maybe be made on a case-by-case basis at ELA’s discretion. In some circumstances, ELA will transfer the event registration to another attendee or offer partial credit toward a future ELA event. Contact office@ecolandscaping.org to notify ELA of a cancellation.
