| Personal Bio | I have spent years honing my knowledge of fungi and soil and trying to find my niche in the land management world. My knowledge is diverse and far reaching. I studied conservation Biology and environmental science in college. After college I continued my education in areas of mycology, soil science, habitat restoration, forest entomology and pathology and I have worked in the landscape industry for nearly 6 years. I believe the future of land management is understanding and working with soil health that's why I started Deeper Roots Ecological Land Management. |
| Business Description | Deeper Roots Land Management focuses on service similar to your average landscape companies but we go further by focusing on soil health and establishing native species. We want your land to thrive with out chemical inputs and nonnative species. In doing so we create a system that is connected rather than separate from the surrounding environment. This allows for water to be filtered and slowed as it flows through the system, ending pollution and flooding issues. Plants thrive and tolerate stress at much greater levels and no longer need chemical inputs to thrive. We can create a better environment one property at a time. |
