New Member Spotlight: Studio FARM

Studio FARM is a landscape architecture firm located at the foothills to the Berkshires in Westfield, Massachusetts. Our practice is organized around a clear vision, to design landscapes that steward life and elevate our experience of it. The firm was launched in 2025 by Christopher Ramage, a licensed landscape architect bringing over 14 years of experience in design, agriculture, horticulture, and construction to his work.

At Studio FARM, we understand that every person and every project has an impact on the environment and on our lives. These impacts can be positive or negative, and they accumulate across scales and systems. How we inhabit, use, and care for the land imparts a legacy that will shape the lives of many generations to come. We envision a land legacy of abundance, diverse life, healthy food, habitable environments, and joyful spaces. Studio FARM was founded to partner with clients who wish to pursue such a legacy.

Studio FARM partners with homeowners, farmers, contractors, architects, interior designers, and municipalities on projects throughout New England. From foundation plantings to estate masterplans, from agricultural fields to public parks, our projects represent a wide range of scales, scopes, and budgets.

We collaborate closely with our clients to craft unique outdoor spaces that address their needs, while cultivating a stewardship land ethic. Our design process is ecologically informed and iterative. We pair evocative hand graphics, digital renderings, and quantitative analysis to realize the potential of each landscape to foster joy, grow community, provide nourishment, and support the full spectrum of life that inhabits it.
